Mixing red and white kratom strains
There are many benefits to mixing different kratom strains. Mixing kratom gives different properties from each strain that you prefer. Everyone is different with what works the best for them. People have different needs, different diets and different tolerance levels. Many find that mixing two or more strains together gives them the desired effects that they are wanting.
For example: Reds are known to be relaxing, where a yellow strain is mild with some energy and yet relaxing. In general green strains give you a longer lasting experience with a mood boost and energy. White kratom is known to be very energizing and sometimes a little too energizing for some. Mixing a red and a white kratom strain gives your experience energy, stimulation and effects are known to last a long time especially compared to reds alone. So when you mix the red and white kratom it seems to be perfect in terms of effects/length of effects.
Mixing is the preferred way for many people. Some say that they consistently have better effects when they mix the kratom strains. People also change to the variety of different reds and different white kratom strains. To keep your tolerance from changing most people do not use the same mix repeatedly. Occasionally trying different ratios/mixes to keep the effects strong.
No kratom batch is ever going to be the same. Since it is a plant the effects from one plant to another will vary. There are many different factors that make each batch different. Depending on the soil, how the plant was harvested, the season and the quality of the vendor.
